CirkVOST was created in 2007 by 5 artists who were committed to communal living, cultural itinerancy and inspired by the challenge of creating new high flying artistic adventures. Epicycle features swinging trapeze, standing and swinging catchers playing on and around an astounding circular, metal structure, and draws inspiration from the world of the comic book. Each character, or cyclonaut, occupies a different part of the circle, their movement, interaction, rhythm and performance creating a spectacular, gravity-defying aerial dance.

2nd September 2012, central London was transformed into a live circus. Over the course of one incredible afternoon Piccadilly Circus became a pedestrianised playground hosting 143 performances of 48 different acts by 33 companies across 15 spaces, with 247 performers!
