Riding Lesson Tips (Focus On The Lesson)

Hi guys! I am learning so much in my riding lessons, and I wanted to share some of what I am learning, or thinking about with you. And today's quick tip is to focus on your lesson.
We all have stuff that we are thinking about all the time. But when you are in your riding lesson, or even riding your horse, focus on the lesson. Stop thinking about everything that happened, or what you need to do at some other time. There will always be plenty of time for that later. But just spend the hour giving 100% of your attention to your lesson. If you can do that, you will make the most of that time with your trainer.
