Living with a Chronic Disease | 4 Year Celiac Update

If you're here because you're dealing with a chronic disease of your own, I just want to let you know that things get easier, you're not alone, and everything is going to be OK. There will be times when things are tough, but you are strong enough to get through it.

I just wanted to do a follow up to my original video to share some of the things I've overcome, and what I still struggle with after 4 years. There are things that are still difficult, but overall I think I'm in a much better place and I hope the same for you. Things will get better x
