10 MINUTE Total Body Dumbbell Workout!

For everyone workout out at home, follow along as I give you a 10 minute total body dumbbell workout.
The reason this is such a cool workout is because you are trying to cram exercises for all muscle groups in your body into just 10 minutes. This will create an EPOC Effect (Afterburn Effect). This stands for Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption. This means you will continue to burn calories even after you are done working out.
Let’s get started with the exercises for this total body workout with just dumbbells.
Make sure not to rest between each exercise, you are going to rest at the end of the cycle.
Exercise #1: BRIDGE PRESS for 10 reps. When you get to the bottom, don’t let your elbows hit the ground.
Exercise #2: BENT OVER ROWS for 10 reps.
Exercise #3: GOBLET SQUATS for 10 reps.
Exercise #4: STANDING OVERHEAD PRESS for 10 reps.
Exercise #5: STANDING 2 ARM CURLS for 10 reps.
Exercise #6: DUMBBELL SKULL CRUSHERS for 10 reps.
After the sixth exercise, you are going to rest for 60 seconds. You are going to repeat these exercises for 3 total circuits.
Now, you don’t want to be fully rested going into the next cycle because you want to keep your heart rate. So, make sure to only rest for 60 seconds between cycles.
