Qubes OS 4.0.3
In this episode of the CyberGizmo I install and explore Qubes OS 4.0.3. Qubes is a Linux distro based on XEN (Virtual Manager) which allows you to carve up your machine into "enclaves". Enclaves are security zones which provide different levels of security and privacy controls by isolating one operating environment from another. Qubes calls enclaves security domains. This video will go through each of the security domains that Qubes offers and how it can be used to protect not only your privacy while online, but also protect the data that you store on disk.
