Problems on the Neuse River- "New Trouble on the Neuse River" - A WRAL Documentary

After pollution paralyzed the Neuse River in 1990, the state legislature came up with a bi-partisan plan to combat river pollution following a WRAL documentary. Almost 30 years later, we look at how that river rescue plan was blown off track by three things: a massive hurricane, a political tempest and public apathy.
