Besiege - Easy & efficient suspension system

Here is how to build a super easy & efficient suspension system. It has low block count (basically 2 hinge blocks & 2 suspension blocks) so it remains quite compact and quite sturdy & reliable. It can handle quite heavy loads.
Stirring mechanism is not included has there are many ways to implement that, here I'm just focusing on the suspension.
