GOBI MANCHURIAN BATTER RECIPE:
* Corn Flour
* Plain Flour
* Gram Flour
* Salt
* Black Pepper
* Red Chilli Powder
* Water
* Red Food Colour

Cauliflower pieces are dipped in the above batter & deep fried in vegetable oil.

The above fried Cauliflower pieces are then added to the below cooked gravy.

GOBI MANCHURIAN GRAVY RECIPE:
* Vegetable Oil
* Chopped Garlic
* Chopped Ginger
* Cabbage & Carrot
* Gobi Manchurian Sauce (Chilli Sauce, Capsicum & Onion)

We have seen and eaten rava dosas in many restaurants but haven't as yet seen anyone making them on the streets of London, so it's a real treat to come across these guys.

Just in case you didn't know, Masala Dosa is an ubiquitous and very popular food in restaurants & Indian street food stalls in India. The (eggless) dosa batter for which is made of fermented Rice, Urad Dal & Fenugreek Seeds), which is then predominantly cooked on a hot griddle (in a very similar way to a French Crepe Suzette or Galette or even a Chinese Jian Bing) until it's crispy.
