The Kumars open up their house to provide accommodation to those seeking a place to stay as a paying guest. However, when nobody takes them up on their offer, they are dismayed. Just then, a man together with his man-sized dog, make their way towards the house. Delighted, the family gives their new guest a warm welcome, little knowing that the two creatures they have so easily opened up their home to are, in fact, wanted criminals, with the second man having taken on the guise of the dog.

'Gutur Gu 3' is the third season of the silent series, which follows the life of Balu. Balu lives with his family, which includes his wife Smita, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kumar. He is supported by his friend Pappu Maharaj, who is also the family’s cook. Their active neighbours include a small boy by the name of Cheeku, Dr. Invento - the scientist, and a local bully. As the Kumars embark on various adventures, they inevitably fall into trouble. Balu’s innocence and enthusiasm ensure that he finds adventure even in the most mundane and dull life situations.
