This is the third iteration of Rocket League Players vs The Rank They Think They Deserve. This time we go to 3s and find out which players are worthy of the rank they think they deserve. It's funny to watch players who are overly cocky who blame their teammates get put in their place. And at the same time, it's awesome to see players claim they deserve a higher rank and actually prove it. Although most of the ranks in rocket league are pretty much representative of your skill in the game, there are some outliers. Of course this can work both ways, and you might find the "Diamond in the Rough" who is actually as good as a Grand Champ, but you can also find the Champ 2 who is as bad as a Platinum.
