James Plitsas targets Visitors who come to Miami Beach, acts friendly, pretends to either ne an upcoming artist who needs support or a club promoter who can get them into Miami's HOTTEST clubs for FREE but he would need to Follow them back on instagram 1st and takes their phones to do so but really is also going to whatever their financial servicing app is and sends himself either $1k, $1.2k, $1.5k and sometimes more than $3,500 dollars depending on their balance via ZELLE, Cash App or Venmo using his real name and information which is how the serial SCAMMER got caught and arrested multiple time but keeps doing it over and over again after bonding out of jail.
