I always wanted to learn how to control my EMOTIONS. But I was failing every damn time… As I am very sensitive and open, I was absorbing and multiplying any emotion, either good or bad. Until i FINALLY learned it thanks to everyday MEDITATION!

As when you meditate - you switch off your ego, switch off your mind and just sit still in an empty space and observe it, feel this emptiness. And you start to enjoy it so much that you don’t want to leave this state of calmness. So when you are in a real world, you prefer to choose your peace of mind than drama, to simply switch it off, by letting it all go. And when you find this switch 🔆 your life becomes much easier, happier and lighter because nothing can bother you, nothing can disturb your peace.
As your peace is so precious.

When you are in peace - you vibrate in higher frequencies and the whole world around you can feel it. When you smile to the world - the world will smile back.
