The songs featured in this week’s video are “My Everything,” “Memories,” and “The Cascading Waters.” The first song, “My Everything,” is an emotional and melodic ballad reflecting on what it means to love someone so wholly that you would give them everything within you. When I wrote “Memories,” I was feeling nostalgic for the past. I remembered so many fond memories and they inspired me to write this song. The final song in this group, “The Cascading Waters,” sounds as the title suggests: water cascading down a stone mountainside; bubbling, gurgling, and sharing its life with all of nature around it.
