Promata Truck TPMS monitors 2 ~ 14 tyres easily with external truck sensors. This is a video featuring Promata's DIY Truck Tyre Pressure Monitor (TPMS) MataT2, installed by Kim from Jim Pearson Transport. It demonstrates the DIY installation process and the FreshData® function - device updates data every time it is driven.

From the video, it is clear that even at a low speed, the device reacts to pressure and movement quite quickly and updates data accordingly. In the video, we forgo the use of lock nuts. By threading the lock nut in first, then screwing on the sensor, and using the wrench tool to tighten the lock nut against the sensor, users can prevent theft of sensors.

The product is designed as a DIY external TPMS kit for commercial vehicles and can monitor 2-14 tyres at once. The sensors have replaceable battery that lasts about 2 years.
