Unruly Sours at Forage Vancouver

Learn how to make a proper sour with Forage Vancouver's bartender, J.D.

Unruly Sour:

2oz Wayward Distillation’s Unruly Gin
¾ oz honey cordial
¾ oz liquid egg whites

Dry shake first, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with Grapefruit and Hops bitters form Bittered Sling.
