Mi17/Mi171 Medium Transport Helicopter for Air Mobility Command of Philippine Air Force

The Philippines procurement of 16 units of Mi-171SH / Mi17 Helicopter project was under final negotiations with Russia Sovtechnoexport. Aside from the Notice of Award release, the Department of Budget & Management has also released the Php1.919 billion as an initial 15% funding for the agreed contract cost.
