Here’s an inexpensive lens with a long focal length. A great alternative to spending thousands of dollars, this lens will allow you to capture some great long distance photos of wildlife or become an inexpensive astrophotography lens.

Although it is a manual focus lens, it does have great sharpness to it, as long as you have the patience for focusing your shot properly. As with any telephoto lens of this caliber, a tripod is almost always necessary.

Overall, I’d say this is a great lens, especially for the budget or beginner photographer, and can also produce some very interesting results for the seasoned professional as well.
