This is more like a how I fixed it video, you can have other cause and totally other fix for it!
On the other hand this is a pretty good video to watch before disassembling your car doors!

Tools needed:
-flat head, PH and PZ screwdriver or bits
-socket set (short and long + handles)

-drill with battery (makes the job easier and faster)
