Camera Dolly Update (Fail) - (MEHS) Episode 52

This is an update on the issues I've had making the Arduino and Raspberry Pi based 3 tier Camera Dolly.
Basically I need to redo the Pan/Tilt section and change to using Arduino Nano's and the Big EasyDriver stepper motor drivers.
I also need to incorporate the Raspberry Pi 3 at the earliest stage.
