Donut Recipe/Doughnuts/Melt In Your Mouth Glazed Donuts/How To Make The Best Homemade Donuts

Ingredients:

(For 18-20 doughnuts)

plain flour 500g or 4 cup
salt 1tsp
lukewarm milk 240ml or 1cup
water 60ml or 1/4cup
sugar 75g or (1/4 cup + 2tbsp)
instant/quick yeast 2tsp
unsalted butter(melted) 50g or 1/4cup
egg 1 medium
vanilla extract 1tsp

Glaze
Ingredients:

(enough to glaze 9-10 doughnuts from both sides)

icing sugar 200g or 1.5 cups
milk. 3-4tbsp
unsalted butter(melted)2tbsp
vanilla extract 1.5tsp

important instructions:
▪Leave the dough to rise for 2-3 hours or until double in size
▪After the dough is double in size, cut 18-20 doughnuts and leave them for 30-45 minutes or until puffy.
▪Fry the doughnuts in hot oil for 2 minutes(1 minute each side) or until golden.
▪Dip the doughnuts in glaze while the doughnuts are still hot.
▪you can refrigerate this dough overnight after it rises.And next morning, let the dough to come to room temperature and then cut the doughnuts and again let them rest for about 45 minutes and then fry.
