This Fathers Day my sister and I decided to ask our Step-Dad Bill to adopt us as adults. Bill has been in our lives as our Father for over 24 years. Since I was about 10 and my sister was 7. I don't need to say anything more about how much this man means to me and my family. He is truly amazing.
