Baguettes with Natural Yeast Water: Step by Step | Baking with Fruit Yeast Water

With only 4 ingredients, these baguettes have a short and sweet ingredient list. Perhaps none of the ingredients are incredible all on their own. However when combined and processed in the right way, they make something awesome, a baguette.

Poolish

Bread Flour 100 g
Fruit Yeast Water 100 g

(You can substitute the 100 ml of fruit yeast water with 100 ml of water + 1/4 tsp of dry yeast)

Final Dough
All of the poolish
Water 80 g
Salt 4 g
Bread Flour 150 g
