For about a month, leading up to early April of 2021, Oklahoma man Justin Arthur-Ray Davis stalked an unnamed Tulsa woman after resigning from their mutual workplace. Davis’ campaignreportedly involved showing up to the woman’s home to leave candy and food on her doorstep. On April the 2nd, the victim and her husband were about to leave their Tulsa apartment when they spotted Davis sitting in a truck nearby. He got out of the vehicle at which point the couple retreated inside their apartment. During the chaotic scene, the couple’s neighbours alerted law enforcement and they arrived at the scene, prompting Davis to speed off without the victim. A chase ensued but Davis eventually crashed his car while attempting to take an off-ramp on the I-44. He was taken to a hospital and then to Tulsa County Jail.
