Monte Fiore Farms Grows High-Quality Greenhouse Cannabis with LumiGrow LED Grow Lights (FULL VIDEO)
Nick Perrino of Monte Fiore Farms shows us inside his greenhouse cannabis grow where he's using LED grow lights to produce high-quality marijuana.
In the Colorado market where price per pound has dropped dramatically, Monte Fiore Farms is using state-of-the-art technology to remain competitive by cultivating craft cannabis at scale. The greenhouse facility has 20,000 square feet of grow space and is lit 100% by LED lighting. Their LumiGrow smart LED fixtures automatically adjust themselves to constantly changing lighting conditions.
Monte Fiore Farms is achieving 30% total cannabinoid profile in a majority of their cannabis strains up to 36% total cannabinoids. They have been able to average yields of 60 grams per square foot, an improvement since their days of growing with HPS grow lights for their indoor cannabis grow.
Nick Perrino tells us "I can look at my facility from my phone. The smartPAR system has a lot of great advantages. Being able to set it and forget it. I can check it from anywhere in the world, and I can adjust it from anywhere in the world. Knowing that our plants are getting the right amount of light on any given day in any light condition is very comforting."
