BlackPods watch before you buy

I bought these about 2 weeks again and finally received them today 12/26/19. And they don’t work!!! If you plan on buying products like this make sure the company is reliable and actually answer their emails !!!. While these products are great, the company has yet to respond to any of my emails and that’s a big issue especially since i need a new pair.. didn’t even get to enjoy my BPs for a day what a shame
