You will see the foot advertised as a Darning, Embroidery, or Pogo Foot.
I would recommend bringing your machine in and making sure the foot fits rather than buying one online.

In this video I attempt to show you how the mend, fix, sew, darn, holes in jeans or other heavy fabric with a cheap home-style sewing machine. This is the best method I've found of mimicking the actual darning machines technique. It takes some time to get used to but it really does work quite well. This is on a vintage pair of 501 Levi's.
