The Dem-led Moving Forward Act allocates more than $1.5 trillion for in the creation of sustainable, green, job-creating infrastructure that aims to correct injustices that COVID-19 brought to the surface. Foxx’s amendment seeks to eliminate the requirement that says federal-aid highway & public transportation project laborers must be paid at rates at or more than the local prevailing wage rate.
