General Stanislaw Maczek at military cemetery in Breda
Gen. Stanisław Maczek (1892 - 1994) was the last Commander of the First Polish Army Corps under Allied Command, and who previously led the famous First Polish Armoured Division. A veteran of World War I, the Polish-Ukrainian and Polish-Bolshevik Wars, Maczek is most notable as the best known Polish armoured troops' commander of World War II.
The film is a short poetic story about the place where he was buried among his soldiers at the Polish military cemetery in Breda, the Netherlands.
