Caldo De Pollo | Mexican Chicken Soup

Hello my beautiful friends today we made Caldo De Pollo or Mexican Chicken Soup it was something we have been craving so much but we wanted to wait till the weather was not so hot I really hope you enjoy this video as much as we did making it ... Cooking time is 1 hour total boil chicken and celery for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked , Then add all your vegetables and V8 and let boil some more for another 30 minutes let sit for 15 minutes before eating

1 pack Chicken Legs or Chicken of your choice
4 celery sticks
1 green Squash
1 yellow Squash
4 potato’s cut into 3 depending on how big they are
1/2 onion
Hand full of Cilantro
4 to 5 Sticks of carrots
3 Corn’s🌽
1 Cabbage cut into 1/2
1 can Original V8 or of your choice
Salt for taste
1/2 bell pepper
Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Avocado’s
