H2-BP User Manual

First, Setting Up the H2-BP Device
Measure the circumference of your wrist just below your palm with the provided wristband.
Align and insert the cuff fixing pin into the hole corresponding to the measured size.

Adjust the wrist thickness.
Insert the size adjuster into the thickness fixing hole and adjust the pin's position to fit the size by pushing or pulling while pressing.
Move the position indicator to the size number that you measured.

Second, Wearing the H2 BP
Wear it based on the folded part where you bend your wrist.
Insert the strap from the inside to the outside and fasten the strap end to the position indicator.
Please wear it in the correct position for accurate measurement.

Third, Measuring Blood Pressure with H2-BP
Hold your arm, where the device is worn, up to heart level while making a loose fist.
Press the button one, turn your wrist outward to align the vertical, and measurement will begin with vibration.
Rotate your wrist so that your thumb is on top and make sure your wrist is not bent to any sides
Measurement starts with vibration.
