WE WIN THE BATTLE ROYALE | BRITISH DRIFT FINALS

After a long break from competitive driving, Dave decided 2019 was the year to get back behind the wheel. After numerous schedule clashes, he was able to compete in a few of the British Drift Championship events. Being the ex-owner of the championship, it was awesome to see him back on the grid, which as it turned out, would prove a completely different challenge! The final round of the year was at Buxton Speedway, a small oval with a dangerous layout. Dave decided to bring his 180sx as it was best suited to track. The car was running low power due to wastegate issues and had plenty of battle scars from previous rounds, so nothing to lose here! The weekend would prove to be Dave’s most eventful and successful weekend of competition to date, so check out this behind the scenes round-up from his point of view. It appears miracles can happen in drifting!
