Gordon is returning to Maggies to see if his improvements have remained. He's glad to find the restaurant floor buzzing. Over 40 people on a Wednesday night makes it one the busiest restaurants in the area. The menu is looking good, with a lot of the ingredients sourced locally. Also profits are up, with an average of £5000 a night. There's one last test though, it's time for Gordon to taste the food.
