You need 2 yards of fabric total for the bag:
1 yard for the Outer bag
1 yard for the Lining bag

I love this bag because it's so versatile and easy to make. It looks chic like a purse, or casual like a shopping bag. And since it's reversible, you get 2 bags in 1! Yay!
