Bibi and Sheba discover an exciting new product in a magazine: a turbo witches’ broom. Bibi and Sheba have to see it for themselves. But the broom workshop is in the city and Bibi’s mother won’t allow Bibi and Sheba to fly there. So they do it secretly. Once arrived, the inventor witch Turbina allows Bibi to take the turbo witches’ broom for a test flight. But there is an accident: Bibi loses the modern broom’s super control chip. It falls into a courier’s saddle bag without him noticing. Together with the chip, he rides off on his motor scooter. Bibi has a lot of adventures trying to find him in the big city.
