I am because we are | Dozie Okeleke | TEDxINSEAD
Watch Dozie Okeleke as he shares with us the philosophy of Ubuntu: "I am because we are". We are all connected and the only way to be realised as persons is through other people.
Dozie is a firm believer in business as a force for good. While at Unilever, he led the Africa cluster of the Young Leaders Sustainability Network (YLSN), a 175-strong group of high-performing young employees from across the globe. Members of the network were empowered to become sustainability pioneers within Unilever, in support of the company’s sustainable growth goals. In 2013, Dozie became an Ambassador for One Young World (OYW), a not-for-profit organization which provides opportunities for young adults to join in a global network of socially committed individuals with leadership potential. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA degree from INSEAD.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
