The LGBT community and the anime community overlap more often than you might think. But amongst a sea of demands for LGBTQIA representation, the often overlooked letter A in the alphabet mafia gets most often overlooked by the community. But surprisingly enough, not in anime. I chose to look at men, because they are more often the protagonists of Shonen anime, so it's much easier to examine if they are aro/ace, rather than simply overlooked and forgotten about by the writers.
