Cigarette Kick: Kyokushinkai Kan National Karate Championship 2010 in Sri Lanka (3 of 3)

In this video, a Saranga holds a cigarette on his mouth and wears a hat on his head. Erangi demonstrates balance and concentration by using her foot to take the cigarette out of Saranga's mouth and putting it back. Then she proceeds to kick the cigarette with a fast back roundhouse kick - out of Saranga's mouth, and the hat off his head with roundhouse kick demonstrating speed and accuracy.
