WOW! Heavy Blizzard in New York, USA 2020. Upstate NY driver trapped in car for hours after plow covers him in 4 feet of snow. A 58-year-old driver was trapped for over 10 hours after a plow covered his car with almost 4 feet of snow in upstate New York early Thursday, authorities said. Phenomenal, record-crushing snow amounts in northern Pennsylvania and south central New York from 40 to 45 inches from Nor'easter. Snow fell at a rate of up to 6" per hour.
