Rinse your hands with water and flick dry, do not use a towel, do not get lint on your hands. Place contact on tip of finger so edges do not touch. Make sure the contact is flipped the correct way. Use middle finger of both hands to open eye ant put the contact on your eye with your index finger. Make sure the contact edges all touch the surface of your eye at the same time. It should attach to your eye and you can remove your index finger without the contact sticking. Blink once and it's on.
