In this video, I'm trying out the Caran d'Ache mixing palette with the Neocolor II Watersoluble Pastels.

This was loads of fun and makes it super easy to make new colors. So if you have one of the smaller sets of the Neocolor II, I'm demonstrating how you can easily make a lot more colors by mixing the ones that you have.

If you were planning on purchasing one of the very expensive larger sets of the Neocolor II, you may change your mind and go for a smaller one after seeing this video :-)
