If you're looking for an alternative to the Philips HDMI sync box then the Govee LED TV Backlight kit is the only LED BIAS strip on the market that will actually mimic the colours on your screen. It isn't perfect but having watched demonstrations of the HDMI Sync box from Philips I can see the same issues present there but with all the added problems of no HRD+, No Dolby Atmos, no Dolby Vision, and most importantly; more than double the price. Because of the technique this product uses to sync the picture to the lights there are none of those issues. As Smart Home products go this thing is totally unique.

The LED strip also works with all Amazon Alexa products, and Google Home products so you have complete control over the lights for brightness, on/off state, and colour. If you don't like the bias you can just set the colour with your voice, or control any of the above features using the Govee app.
