Department of Defense (DoD) abuse of power through an operation known as "Organized Stalking". This is only one aspect of the extensive psychological terrorism and physical torture being perpetrated against victims our government has declared as "Targeted Individuals". The Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) has combined the resources of various federal and local law enforcement agencies along with the Department of Defense to torture and murder American citizens on domestic soil. The Department of Defense and their contractors have been granted unprecedented powers and under the guise of "national security" have been allowed to target anyone our "law enforcement community" deems a nuisance. As would be expected there will always be abuses of such extraordinary power and literally unlimited resources. A cointelpro-type terrorism operation of slander and defamation, invasion of privacy, unimaginable psychological harassment and physical torture through the use of "directed energy weapons" (targeted overexposure to electromagnetic radiation) turn these government agents & contractors into state-sanctioned terrorists & murderers (with little or no proof of their crimes).
