A refresh of the 2018 smartwatch from TicWatch, but is it actually that refreshed?

There are a ton of agreements you say yes to in order to use this watch and its health tracking features
“Essential mode” also has heart rate if you press the button
“Essential mode” also tracks steps
A very thick watch
Similar in shape to the Galaxy Watch
No rotating bezel or crown :(
Lots of “Tic” apps for health and fitness
Since it's where I left it still doesn't have sleep tracking baked in
Heart rate sensor takes a long time to read
But in fact I'll feel is okay not great

CONCLUSION:
Thicker than it needs to be. Outdated processor, but still a good idea otherwise. In the world of smartwatches, Apple leads the pack, and Garmin and Samsung are gaining some ground, but Google has been left in the dust. I don’t think we will see any more big name brands releasing WearOS watches in 2020 because it is quickly falling so far behind. I am hopeful that Fitbit and Google make something incredible this year
