Hog Hunting in The Mississippi River

Hog hunting in Southeast Louisiana on an island in the Mississippi River. We had 7 guys, two boats and 17 dogs including 4 catch dogs and 13 bay dogs on the hunt.
We were able to jump many hogs but, the dogs could not get them bayed because they would start swimming the river. We ended up leaving one group of guys with a few bay dogs and catch dogs on the island while two groups would wait in the boats and shoot them as they were swimming the river.
We ended up with 6 hogs in the boat. Over-all a successful and very interesting hunt.
