Often, you may not be able to fall asleep right away or sleep throughout the night. Use this 10 hour pink noise sound to help. If you are having difficulty falling asleep, pink noise can be an effective remedy. You may also benefit from this pink noise by blocking distracting sounds and staying asleep.

Whenever playing pink noise, be careful to monitor the volume, since any smartphone, or computer can be too loud for your ears. If you play the sound close to where you sleep, keep the volume no louder than that of a soft shower and at least a few feet away from your bed.
