Matcha Sponge Cake
1 cup Plain Flour
1/2 cup White Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Oil
30g Matcha Powder

Matcha Cream Cheesecake
10g Gelatine Powder
1/8 cup Milk
225g Cream Cheese
250ml Yogurt or Cream
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
15g Matcha Powder

White Chocolate Matcha Frosting
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup White Chocolate
2-3 cups Powdered Sugar
2-3 tbsp Milk
30g Matcha Powder
