this record was quite a random find. it appears to be an advertisement or a promotion for The Village of Drummond Hill in Pike Creek Valley which is a subdivision in Newark, Delaware from what i can gather. my rough guess is that this is probably from the 1950's or early 1960's. if anybody could date this for me, i'd be very grateful.
