Middle Earth DEM Project with Outerra Engine

The Middle Earth DEM Project recreates Middle Earth from all the Tolkien-geoinformation out there. They merged all the maps and extrapolated a Digital Elevation Modell.

The Outerra engine is espacially capable of showing earth-sized modells, including water and vegetation. No other objects (yet) and its only an elevation modell, no game, no cities or anything. And no fellowship or dragons...
