China’s Solar Exploration Science and Technology Test Satellite
At the Airshow China 2021, held in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, the Solar Exploration Science and Technology Test Satellite was revealed. Scheduled to be launched in October, it will be China’s first space-based solar observatory. The satellite will be sent into a Sun-synchronous orbit at an altitude of 517 km from Earth.
