How to build a 360 rotatable overhead table lamp

Here in this video i showed how you can convert an old solar LED lamp into a overhead table Lamp which you can rotate anywhere you want. I also showed how to make that light soft and not cause any eye strains which becomes a problem if you use such LEDs as a table lamp. I also explained about constant current Led drivers and how they extend the life of these lamps.
